First time in! I had a great experience at this location the manager, Alfonso, was super helpful, knowledgeable and engaged! He tested my BMR and went into details about what each element of the results meant. Everyone in the building was very friendly and the space was clean and organized. I tried one of their prepared meals (Moroccan Chicken) it was delicious! I highly recommend going by and checking the premade meals they sell! Much appreciated!! :-)

Very tasty pre-cooked meals. I've lost 17 pounds so far since I've started picking up food weekly. Meals are packed nicely and are always fresh.

I got a coupon for 3 free meals from Star cycle. Huge freezer full of yummy food. Order ahead or choose on the spot. Nice customer service. They have a machine that figures out body composition that you can use for free! ($20/ check at my gym) $10/m membership gets you free body comp check, and discounts on the food. Macros clearly started. Good, fresh, quick and easy. If I used it more than 2-3 times a week regal times a month it would be worth it ( especially if family used it) Would try again later, likely after kids out of house. So easy an good with lots oh options

This place is mostly 5-stars if you seek convenient pre-made meals with good ROI on protein for calories. They are also great for dietary restrictions and are carefully labeled. They are 10x better than any of the BS you get on Factor or the national delivery programs. I'm taking off 1 star because: 1. They don't include a ton of options with veggies (you'll still need to buy additional produce to supplement)- but the high protein is fabulous 2. They 86ed my fave meal - bring back the buffalo chicken with cauliflower mash! Though I love the new enchiladas, so thanks :) 3. Some of the meals are a little misrepresented- e.g. do not expect a true mac and cheese- it's quite dry. Overall, I'd give this place 4.4 stars if I could, for what it does offer, and if I lived closer to a location (please open on the East Side in Portland!), I'd probably throw 2-3 of these meals for lunch in per week (because I live so far it only makes sense to buy these for my partner and me in large increments of 20 for delivery or one big haul in store) and then we get a bit sick of them by the end of it and want a break. Hard to make a consistent thing with the delivery/far distance.

This place is great once you zero in on which meals you prefer. A couple have been a dud for me but I'm slowly working my way through the menu and happy with most. The premise of this establishment is to help folks easily make healthy eating decisions that are flavorful and offer an interesting variety. You can pick from breakfasts, lunches or dinners, and take several days worth of yummy meals home to make dieting, or eating in general more simple. Each meal option comes in a "small" (still very generous) or large portion size, and they are all very conveniently labeled with calorie content and nutritional/ingredients specifics. The staff (who is really sweet and helpful) bags up your choices and always walks you to the door. I always leave there feeling recognized and appreciated. You can't eat there (I don't think). The idea is to take your choices home or to the office/work/school etc., and warm them up when you're ready to eat. There is a focus on using the best ingredients, locally sourced and frequently, if not always, gluten free - now before you say ick on the gluten free options give them a try, the pasta is really tasty! They do a couple of snack options too, but I have not tried any of those. Overall, it's a great concept, and it's being well executed.

Healthy food at a decent price and super convenient. Plus, friendly and helpful staff, all the time! I've bought meals here for when my workload is so nutty that I don't have time to make something for myself, and their options are high in protein and low in carbs, so it's been great for me to stay on track with calories and macros. Portion sizes are good - they have a regular and a large portion for many items. Regular size is plenty for me to feel satisfied. There are lots of options, the only downside is that some items can be a bit salty, and after eating the meals for a couple weeks, I feel like I need to take a break because I get tired of the food. It sort of all tastes the same. That being said, after I take a break for a bit, I'm happy to go back to them.

Always reliable and consistent product and service. The only struggle is it's hard to stay on their menu for more than a week or two as the meats and flavorings tend to taste similar. The menu needs to rotate to a different subset of items to stay as something to look forward to. You can freeze most of the items, but it does no justice to the flavor. I would suggest some lower salt items and rotating pastas. The same noodles and same sauce week after week are not exciting. Also more variety of vegetables would be great. Overall, a good value and a great way to control your portion size. It's enough food to feel satisfied, but not so much that you feel stuffed or so little that you have to eat two dishes for one meal.

So far soooo good. Ordered my first meals today and enjoyed the turkey meatballs and doodles. There is a lot packed into each container which makes the serving sizes quite large. I love the labeling for calorie and nutrient content. Joined their program and saved some $$. Highly recommend!
